Yes for colors. As for render range, it's a bit more complicated. Tanks past that line still exist and can be hit, but wont be drawn (rendered) for you even if spotted by the team. If you know a tank is there from the minimap, it won't appear for you until you drive close enough for that ring to overlap it.The white line is the maximum spotting distance achievable, 445m. Any view range beyond that won't let you spot tanks further, but will reduce camo values.As for your own view range, note that this doe not mean that you will spot a tank at that distance, they still will reduce your view range with their camo rating.As for what you can/can't hurt, there is a color marker on the reticle.
Red = no pen, yellow = maybe, green= will pen. You might want to play with the optins to find one you like, the default one can be hard to see.Note that this does NOT account for armor sloping/angling, so this can be deceptive.If you're having trouble figuring out how to hurt a specific tank, look up its armor onClick on the tank, and then select 3d model. If you select 'live' from the collision drop down, it'l account for angling too. If you are unfamiliar with installing mods and interested in how they work, I'd recommend getting some help.As others said the inner most circle is how far you can spot a tank with your current crew and selected tank.
The middle circle is maximum potential spotting range that you would be capable of with full crew and equipment. The outer most circle is the maximum distance you can see a tank that is lit by a friendly tank.It becomes second nature when you get used to it. Just keep trying to learn and people will be willing to help.
