Hk P7 Serial Numbers

I’ve owned this gun for several years now. It’s a great example of a P7M8, especially given its over 30 years old.I do have the box for the gun, but it is not matching with the serial number of the gun. The grips that are on it were a gift from my wife a few years ago.

They are Nills style grips. Might actually be Nills, but I don’t know for sure. I remember seeing the credit card bill for them, they weren’t cheap. I have the original plastic grips for the gun as well. It also comes with the brush, scraper tool, and manual. There are night sights on the gun and the original sights are also includedThe magazines are all various I- date codes.

The holster is Backwoods leather and fits the gun wellI will take more pictures later today when I get home as well, and will have them available. Please send me an email or number where you can get texts to receive themAs most are aware, these guns are no longer made, and their price continues to increase. This is a good chance to get a nice one before the price pushes over the $3k mark. This is an excellent example of this gun. The only blemish is the damn CAI import stamp on the right side of the slide.Only trades I am really interested in are 9mm 1911s or maybe a CZ tac sport orange in 9mm.

Of the 9mm 1911s, is probably be most interested in a CCO variant (commander slide on officer frame), followed by a commander. I never want to completely refuse trades because someone might have something I didn’t even think I wanted.

So if I say no, please don’t be offended. My preference is for cash. The price is $2300 FTF in Northern Virginia, or $2340 shipped to your ffl from my ffl. I will likely be at the nations show this weekend, either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning/midday if someone would like to meet then.

I would prefer to keep any trades local. For the right trade deal I can add cash on my endThank you for looking, hope everyone had a merry Christmas and is looking forward to the upcoming new yearFor those that would like to see feedback, I have 100% feedback on ar15.com (57/57) under the username trio, and you can find me on vaguntrader under the same username (trio) where you will see I have 10 pages of positive feedback. I will do whatever I can do to help make the buyer feel comfortable. I know this is a lot of money.

Hkpsp knows more about this than I doIt is my understanding the fat trigger, Chantilly guns are a little more sought after than the other ones, of which this is an exampleObviously, this has the CAI import that reduces its desirability, and pretty much kills it as just a collectible. This is a great gun to shoot and to have one. You basically have a 33 year old gun in great shape that has many features that make it more desirable. If this was a mint example without the import mark, it would probably sell for at least $500 more than I have it listed.I am open to some offers and discussion as well. Although not as knowledgeable as Hkpsp, I have a fairly good idea of the value of these pistols, the grips, etc.

I’d love for this to go to someone who appreciates it. Even more ideal would be for this to be someone’s “gateway” gun into the P7 family. I’ve owned every commercially available example of these guns except for the K3 over the last 20 years, and they are fantastic pistolsI had gone down to one M13 and one M8, but as a small business owner who is building my dream house on bull run mountain, and is looking to move into a new business space next year as well, keeping “collectible” guns just isn’t in the cards right now. I did this once before when I opened the business as well. It hurts, but life is about prioritiesI am seriously considering selling my Bren Ten as well.
